Return Policy
Service charges, cancellations, refunds, and reverse shipping terms.
Scope
This Return Policy applies to merchants, brands, and businesses using the Shypfy platform (operated by Desicargo Connect Pvt. Ltd.) for shipping and logistics services. It covers service-level cancellations, refunds of shipping charges, and the terms governing reverse pickups. This policy does not govern the return or refund policies of products sold by merchants to their end customers — those are the sole responsibility of the merchant.
Platform & Service Charges
Signing up on the Shypfy platform is free. Shipping services are chargeable based on the rate card applicable to your account. We reserve the right to modify pricing, introduce new services, or discontinue existing services at any time. Any changes to pricing or policies will be reflected on the platform.
Order Cancellations by Shypfy
We reserve the right to cancel a shipment order in the following situations:
- The shipment contains an invalid or incomplete pickup or delivery address
- The order does not comply with our platform policies or courier partner guidelines
- The shipment contains prohibited, restricted, or hazardous goods
- We are unable to fulfil the service due to operational or courier partner constraints
In such cases, any shipping charges deducted will be reversed to your Shypfy wallet. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the cancellation in a timely manner.
Order Cancellations by Merchant
You may cancel a shipment from the Shypfy dashboard before the courier partner picks up the package. Once a shipment has been picked up, cancellation is no longer possible — the shipment must follow the standard delivery or RTO (Return to Origin) process.
For shipments cancelled before pickup, no shipping charges will be applied. If charges were already deducted, they will be reversed to your Shypfy wallet.
Return to Origin (RTO)
If a shipment is undeliverable (due to customer unavailability, address issues, refusal, or failed delivery attempts), the courier partner will return the package to the origin address. RTO shipments are subject to return shipping charges as per your rate card. These charges will be deducted from your wallet or adjusted against your COD remittance.
Reverse Pickups
For customer-initiated returns, merchants can create reverse pickup requests through the Shypfy dashboard. Reverse pickups are subject to applicable shipping charges. The reverse shipment follows standard tracking and is subject to the same terms as forward shipments — including weight discrepancy adjustments and NPR (Non-Pickup Report) handling.

Refunds & Wallet Credits
Any refunds of shipping charges (due to cancellations, billing corrections, or successful weight discrepancy disputes) are credited to your Shypfy wallet. Wallet credits can be used for future shipments. Direct refunds to bank accounts are processed only upon account closure, after adjusting for any outstanding charges, and may take up to 7–10 business days.
Product Returns & Customer Refunds
Shypfy is a logistics platform — we do not sell products to end consumers. The quality, condition, and suitability of products shipped through our platform are entirely the merchant’s responsibility. Any product return, exchange, or refund policies for end customers must be managed by the merchant directly. Shypfy is not liable for product quality issues, customer disputes over refunds, or exchange requests.
Weight Discrepancies
If a courier partner flags a weight discrepancy (where the charged weight differs from the weight declared by the merchant), the revised charges will apply. Merchants can dispute weight discrepancies through the Shypfy dashboard by providing supporting evidence. Accepted disputes will result in a billing correction credited to your wallet. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
