This website and platform are operated by Desicargo Connect Private Limited (“Shypfy”, “we”, “us”, “our”), CIN: U63030DL2022PTC404725. By accessing or using our website (shypfy.com), shipping platform (ship.shypfy.com), APIs, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including brands, merchants, shippers, and visitors. Any new features or tools added to the platform will also be subject to these terms.

Services

Shypfy is a logistics aggregation platform that enables businesses to ship parcels and freight through multiple courier and logistics partners via a single dashboard. Our services include D2C multi-courier shipping, B2B part-truckload freight, same-day and next-day delivery, returns management, COD reconciliation, and related tools.

Signing up on the platform is free. However, shipping services are chargeable based on the applicable rate card. We reserve the right to modify pricing, introduce new services, or discontinue existing services at any time. Any changes to pricing or policies will be reflected on the platform.

Account Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to keep your account information — including email address, phone number, GST details, and bank account information — up to date so that we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

Shipping & Order Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of shipment details including pickup and delivery addresses, consignee information, product descriptions, declared values, and package weight and dimensions. Incorrect information may result in delivery failures, additional charges, or shipment returns.

The quality of products shipped through Shypfy is entirely your responsibility. Shypfy acts as a logistics intermediary and is not liable for the quality, condition, or suitability of products shipped by you. Any customer service regarding product quality, returns, or exchanges is your responsibility as the merchant.

We reserve the right to cancel any shipment order without explanation where we are unable to fulfil the service, where the order contains invalid information, or where the order does not comply with our policies. Cancellations will be communicated to you in a timely manner.

Billing & Payments

Shipping charges are calculated based on your rate card and are subject to weight, dimensions, zone, service type, and payment mode. Volumetric weight may apply where dimensional weight exceeds dead weight. COD remittances are processed as per the remittance cycle agreed in your account terms.

We reserve the right to correct billing errors, adjust for weight discrepancies flagged by courier partners, and deduct applicable charges including freight, COD fees, return charges, and surcharges from your wallet or remittance balance. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to ship prohibited or restricted goods, to submit false or misleading information, to infringe on our or any third party’s intellectual property, to interfere with or disrupt the platform’s functionality, to scrape or harvest data, or to resell access to our services without written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including courier partners, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and communication providers. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of any third-party tools accessed through our platform is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Shypfy platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, software, APIs, documentation, and proprietary tools — is the property of Desicargo Connect Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Shypfy provides its platform and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shypfy and its directors, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data — arising from your use of the platform or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Shypfy in the 1 month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Desicargo Connect Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your use of the platform.

Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay outstanding charges, or engage in activities that harm the platform or other users. Upon termination, any outstanding liabilities remain payable.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
